Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.
Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible Returns

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Product is defective or not functioning upon delivery

  • Incorrect product received

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification


Return Window

All return or refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request:

  1. Email support@pongfox.com with your order ID

  2. Include a description of the issue along with clear photos or videos

  3. Our team will review the request and respond with next steps


Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to transit damage or our error


Replacements

If a defect or issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or repair instead of a refund, depending on the situation.


International Orders

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) are borne by the customer

  • Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable
